Upload, test, and lock the Hub build.

Upload order

1. Back up the current live Hub files first.
2. Upload the V372 public_html ZIP contents into Hub public_html.
3. Confirm files overwrite correctly, especially assets, includes, search.php, index.php, and new tool folders.
4. Clear browser cache or test in a private window.
