A printable quality-control checklist for selling physical prints, repeatability, measurements, finishing, packaging, and profile control.
Pre-production
- Use a validated product/profile combination.
- Record material brand/color/batch where useful.
- Confirm scale and dimensions.
- Print one final sample before batch production.
Notes:
Inspection
- Check layer consistency under bright light.
- Measure critical dimensions with calipers.
- Inspect support contact areas and bottom edge.
- Reject prints with cracks, weak layers, heavy scars, or poor fit.
Notes:
Before shipping
- Clean finished print.
- Package to prevent damage.
- Record any customer-facing print notes.
- Save production profile in Profile Vault.
- Do not sell prints that were not repeatably validated.
