Disable sleep, hibernation, and USB selective suspend during printing.

Secure both connectors so machine movement cannot pull them.

Step 4

Avoid routing the USB cable beside heater, motor, or mains wiring.

Close heavy applications and review host software logs.

Test a small print from local storage to separate printer faults from host faults.

Use network or local-storage printing if supported.
