Repair sequence
Work from top to bottom. Stop when the failure is resolved, verify it with a small test and record the successful setup.
- Stop the print and follow the printer emergency and resin-safety procedure.
- Wear appropriate gloves and eye protection and improve ventilation.
- Prevent UV exposure while containing uncured resin with compatible absorbent materials.
- Remove the vat carefully without allowing resin into openings.
- Filter salvageable resin only if uncontaminated and permitted by the manufacturer.
- Inspect the release film, frame, screws, vat body, screen protector, and surrounding seals.
- Replace damaged film or vat parts and clean the machine using approved methods.
- Do not power the printer if resin may have entered electronics; seek qualified service.
Safety and accuracyStay within the printer, material, resin, hotend, build-surface, electrical, ventilation, and personal-protection limits published by the manufacturers. Stop immediately for heater errors, smoke, electrical damage, severe binding, uncontrolled motion, or resin exposure.
