Stop the print if the nozzle is scraping the surface.

Step 2

Inspect the nozzle and plate for damage or debris.

Step 3

Raise Z offset in very small increments while running a first-layer pattern.

Step 4

Confirm the correct plate and mesh profile are active.

Step 5

Return first-layer flow to the validated profile before compensating with Z offset.

Step 6

Check that the nozzle is installed correctly and the hotend is mechanically secure.
